Tony is focused on engineering Homeland Security Preparedness Solutions. His expertise are in infrastructure disruption modeling, interdependency mapping and consequence analysis. He is an industry expert in multi-touch application development, command & control, and situational awareness. Most recently Tony participated in the design and architecture of the CIMS Suite (critical infrastructure modeling system) developed under a joint Priority 5 - Idaho National Lab, Corporative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA). Tony is responsible for the conceptual design and architecture of TACCS (Touch Activated Command & Control System) used by DoD and DoE and has an extensive knowledge and experience with the National Response Plan (NRP), the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the National Planning Scenarios, Target Capabilities List (TCL), and Universal Task List (UTL). He is currently the Executive Vice President of Priority 5 and the Assistant Director of Critical Infrastructure Preparedness for the National Incident Management Systems and Advanced Technology Institute.
